01 Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the cd444 website, available at https://cd444.cam, and all associated services, platforms, features and content provided by or through cd444 (collectively, the "Platform"). The term "cd444", "we", "us" or "our" refers to the operator of this Platform. The terms "you", "your" or "User" refer to any individual who accesses, registers on or uses the Platform in any capacity.

02 Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:
The personal registered account created by a User on the cd444 Platform, through which all platform activities are conducted.
The cd444 website located at https://cd444.cam, including all associated pages, features, services, game content, sportsbook services and related digital infrastructure.
Any promotional credit, free bet, reload offer, cashback amount or other incentive offered by the operator subject to specific terms, wagering requirements and expiry conditions.
The number of times a Bonus amount (and/or the deposit amount, depending on the specific promotion) must be wagered before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Requirements are stated as a multiplier (e.g., 30x).

3.4 One Account Per Person
Each individual may hold only one active registered account on the Platform. 04 Account Registration
4.1 Accurate Information

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify cd444 support immediately at the contact details provided in Section 15.
4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
cd444 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle. This may include a valid government-issued photo identification document, proof of residential address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays, account restrictions or account closure.
4.4 Single Currency
Your account will be denominated in a single currency as selected or assigned at registration. Currency cannot be changed after account creation. Where PKR (Pakistani Rupee) is available as a currency option, its availability remains subject to the operator's cashier terms at the applicable time.
05 Terms of Use
5.1 Permitted Use

5.2 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cd444 Platform. Any breach may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of balances:

5.3 Platform Availability
cd444 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, regulatory requirements or circumstances beyond the operator's reasonable control. We will endeavour to notify users of planned maintenance windows where practicable.
06 Deposits & Withdrawals
6.1 Deposits
Deposits may be made using payment methods available in the Platform's cashier section at the time of transaction. Available methods, minimum and maximum deposit amounts, processing times and any associated fees are subject to the operator's cashier terms and may change without prior notice. 11 Limitation of Liability

- Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform;
- Loss of funds due to your failure to safeguard account credentials;
- Any technical failures, interruptions or errors affecting Platform availability;
- Any decisions made by you in reliance on content, odds or information displayed on the Platform;
- Any legal or financial consequences arising from your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where such use may be restricted or prohibited.
The Platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. cd444 does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted or free of harmful components.
12 Account Termination
12.1 Termination by User
You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure. Bonuses and associated wagering requirements that have not been completed at time of closure will be forfeited.
12.2 Termination by cd444
cd444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where: these Terms have been materially breached; false or fraudulent information has been provided; prohibited conduct has been identified; there is a compliance, legal or regulatory requirement to do so; or continued account operation presents unacceptable risk to the Platform or other users.
12.3 Effect of Termination
Upon account termination for breach, cd444 may void outstanding bonuses and associated winnings, and may withhold funds pending compliance review. Any verified real-money balance not associated with bonus abuse or prohibited conduct will be returned to the player via the registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification or investigation requirements.
13 Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is licensed and incorporated. This does not affect your rights as a consumer under the mandatory laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
